From 25th May 2018 new much stricter Data Protection Regulations come into force. Organisations such as ours, the Cornwall Archaeological Society, are required to obtain the specific consent of members to hold information about them, to use that information to contact them and in certain circumstances to share those contact details internally within the Society for the purposes of furthering the work of the Society.
We hold names, postal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses for our members, and we use your contact information to send newsletters, the Journal, notices of meetings, subscription reminders and to provide information about forthcoming events.
We will never share the information we hold about you outside the Society, and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Membership Secretary.
