The field systems and boundaries of the Cornish landscape
The field boundaries of Cornwall define the landscape that we live in, how we move around it and the resulting character that creates an important sense of place.
But how often do we stop and consider why we are interacting with the landscape in certain ways?
This lecture will look at the stories that field boundaries can tell us if we stop and consider these most commonplace but overlooked heritage features.
