!! Postponed !! CAS Penzance Archaeology Lecture Thursday 6th January

Written by |

I am sorry to inform you that due to the escalating Covid incidences in West Cornwall this Thursday’s Cornwall Archaeological Society lecture in Penzance has been postponed until March when the Covid situation will hopefully be much brighter.

We were delighted with the very strong interest in Laura Ratcliffe-Warren’s lecture “Re-Discovering the Archaeology of West Penwith: Findings of the Penwith Landscape Partnership” which attracted more than 100 attendees. We were also looking forward to actively facilitating face-to-face interaction before and after the lecture.

However, this success has also created too large a risk to proceed  and in our preferred face-to-face format so we have reluctantly but, we believe, sensibly, decided to postpone Laura’s lecture until March.

I do hope that you have not been too inconvenienced and that you will be able to attend the revised date in March. Details will be sent out as soon as the exact date and time have been confirmed.
