From 25th May 2018 new much stricter Data Protection Regulations come into force. Organisations such as ours, the Cornwall Archaeological Society, are required to obtain the specific consent of members to hold information about them, to use that information to contact them and in certain circumstances to share those contact details internally within the Society for the purposes of furthering the work of the Society.
We hold names, postal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses for our members, and we use your contact information to send newsletters, the Journal, notices of meetings, subscription reminders and to provide information about forthcoming events.
So that we can continue to keep in touch with you, please fill in and return the GDPR consent form. Our postal form can be printed and returned by post to CAS Membership Secretary, c/o Royal Cornwall Museum, River Street, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 2SJ. We also have an Email version which can be downloaded, filled in, and returned by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
