DESCRIPTION:This four-mile walk will explore the ancient landscape of Trego
 nning Hill\, a prominent landmark rising above Mount’s Bay and visible a
 cross much of west Cornwall. From its commanding position\, Tregonning has
  long been a place of significance\, overlooking key routes\, settlements 
 and seascapes\, If time allows\, we will also include Godolphin Hill. \n\n
 We will explore the rich prehistoric remains of the hills\, including Bron
 ze Age burial monuments\, Iron Age settlements\, and the impressive Iron A
 ge hillfort\, Castle Pencaire\, which dominates the surrounding landscape.
 \n\nThe walk will use mostly off-road pathways\, which can be rough in pla
 ces. It will include some hill climbing and a little bit of scrub to navig
 ate.\n\nPlaces for the walk will be available from our Ticket Tailor box o
 ffice three weeks prior\, please book a ticket if you wish to receive a pl
 ace on the walk.
