Sunday June 19th 2022, 11:00am-about 4:00pm
Walk Description
We expect to encounter and discuss barrows, bulwarks (of the great cliff castle), strip
fields, cliff grazings and quarries, a neat 18th Century watch house with signal station, and a
startling commemorative cross.
Bring a packed lunch (and maybe a flask?), wear stout boots, and dress a little bit warmer than you might expect for the middle of the summer.
Please note – COVID 19
Please observe fully any NHS guidance on Covid at the time. If Covid restrictions on group events or numbers of attendees are in place at the time, the walk will be postponed until further notice.
