DESCRIPTION:Henrietta joined Exeter University in 1970 as Extra-Mural Tutor
  in Archaeology. She served on the CAS Committee for nearly 50 years and i
 s now an Honorary Vice-President.\n\nThese excavations were Henrietta's fi
 rst in Cornwall and led to her specializing in the prehistory of South Wes
 t Britain. The five excavated barrows allowed new interpretations of Corni
 sh barrows\, shifting much of their focus away from burial and identifying
  the first Cornish ring cairns. The excavation colour slides have now been
  scanned for archiving and their presentation will form part of an overvie
 w of current thinking of these Cornish monuments. (The original reports ar
