DESCRIPTION:Fascinated by the ecclesiastical landscape? Interested in churc
 hes and their associated features? Want to learn more about the saints\, o
 bjects and scenes immortalised in Cornwall's wall paintings? Come join us 
 on an adventure through Medieval Cornwall: the paintings\, the politics\, 
 and the people.\n\nLaura is a qualified archaeologist\, educator and spoke
 n word artist. She gives community workshops\, and does a lot of work with
  schools and home-schooled children\, with her soon-to-be CIC\, Lore & Pie
 ce. She also offers consultancy work for Finds\, excavation work\, and doe
 s research into different historical aspects of Cornwall. From St Just in 
 Penwith\, she spent many days and nights here growing up\, and is delighte
 d to return to give you an archaeological talk. With a particular interest
  in ceramics\, including the conservation of wall paintings\, we will disc
 over some of Cornwall's secrets of the saints\, as we journey through Corn
 ish Medieval wall paintings.\n\nThe Zoom link for this online lecture will
